The Buhl Wide Body Flat Panel TV Cart with Locking Cabinet and Electric is built for the long haul. Constructed from heavy gage steel with durable powdercoat finish

 We got this for a 42" TV. It is high, which is great and is not at all too top heavy, which was a worry. However, I could have probably gone with the smaller cart. The cart is as wide as the TV. It would be overkill for a 34" TV. Very sturdy. The lock mechanism is not easy to use, though. It sticks easily- perhaps it will get better with time/grease?

 The overall product was exactly what was needed for use in our conference rooms, but the directions are horrible, internal product had dents and received a mislabeled part that wasn’t noticed until next to last step. Tools they supply are not sufficient. Took nearly 3 hours to build first time due to poor directions.

 We found the cart very strudy and balanced. I was a bit worried about putting a 50 inch TV on it but found that the cart was sturdy and balanced enough to mount it on the brackets. Found directions easy to follow and really liked the way the all the nuts and bolts were in seperate bags and labled A B C --. etc. Would not hesitate to get another if the need arises.

 Overall, this cart is exactly what we needed. There were a couple of dents, but none that affected putting it together or involved defects in the finish. I could overhear the people who were putting it together and I believe they ,like Phil M. , had trouble with the directions. I would buy another if the need arises.

Phil M.Sturdy but Horrible Manual3/11/2009
 My organization bought two of these. I was excited when I saw the manual and the it’s only two pages. But when I started putting it together the manual improperly labels which part’s to use. So we had to figure out which pieces to use. Once put together, the stand is very stable, heavy, and nice looking. This stand is half the price of other stands on the market. Oh, and one other thing watch out for sharp metal parts when assembling.
